The door started to open (Well here we Genesis again.) Malus thought. But when the door opened all the way, he noticed that the person who entered wasn't Bronixus. "Are you the cleaning lady. Because I was hoping for a sexy french maid, but while you're here do you think you could, oh I don't know get me the f*** out of this place!" Malus said.
"My name is Strato Abyss." Strato said.
"And I'm common San Diego, guess where I am." Malus said sarcastically.
'Bronixus wasn't kidding when he said he was a smart-ass.' Strato thought. "I humbly welcome you to Ascension City." Strato said in his best greeting voice.
"What do you want a freaking medal?" Malus asked sarcastically.
"Here's the deal, I'll let you out if you agree to an alliance." Strato said.
"Oooo, an ultimatum! I love ultimatums! Here's mine: let me out and maybe I won't have to hunt you down. Not that I'd join your poporri of pathetics anyways." Malus said.
"Well I figured you'd like to assist your fellow Half-Blood brothers in the fight." Strato said with a smile on his face.
"I'm listening. So your team is composed of half-bloods right?" Malus asked.
"Ish." Strato replied.
"Ish? Ish!" Malus said angrily.
"Allow me to explain." Strato started.
"Yeah well you can just forget it." Malus said angrily.
"Whether you want to hear this or not, I'm still going to explain it." Strato said.
"Fine, but your wasting your time." Malus said, un-enthused.
"One of our members, also our oldest member, use to be able to transform from human to avatar form like the rest of us. However because he's always in his avatar form he started taking traits from that form, one being able to be as old as time itself, like a dragon or hydra. Because of his old age he lost his ability to transform, odds are because his human form has long but died. So now he's technically classified as Pure-Blood. But he's still one of us, and he's still family." Strato said grimly.
'Being unable to transform and classified as a Pure-Blood, I feel bad for the guy.' Malus thought, not realizing the irony of it.
"So what do you say, are you in?" Strato asked.
"I don't have a choice, do I?" Malus replied.
"If you don't agree, you'll be stuck here otherwise." Strato said with a smile."
In that case, count me in." Malus said.
"I'll bring in the crew one at a time." Strato said. "Cylis!" Cylis came into the room
"Hey." Cylis said.
"Well you're no fun." Malus said.
"Akiyo!" Strato yelled. Akiyo came into the room.
"Nice to meet you." Akiyo said.
"And finally, our eldest member." Strato said.
"The one who can't transform." Malus said.
'I hope this goes well.' Strato thought. "Come on in." Strato said. The look on malus' s face was priceless.
"Surprised?" Bronixus asked.
"You're the one who can't transform?" Malus asked, shocked.
"Now don't you sound like an asshole." Bronixus said. "Now, what do you say?" Bronixus pestered.
"Every fiber of my being wants to puke when I say this but I'm sooo.... I'm sooorrre..." Malus started.
"You're sorry." Bronixus finished.
"Yes that." Malus said.
Bronixus shrugged. "Fair enough." And broke the bindings with ease. "And what do you say?" Bronixus pestered.
"Shove it." Malus replied.
"I'll take it." Bronixus said.
"So what do you call this alliance?" Malus asked.
"We don't really have a name for our group, also before I forget you're a Pure-Blood." Strato said.
"If I wasn't I wouldn't be here right now would I, I just hate the ones who've slaughtered millions, i.e the former/out of commission general here. Plus if I hated them so much that it would be a sin to be one, I'd always try to kill myself. Plus I already knew thanks to what the information I was being fed told me. By the way what type is mystic and malefic?" Malus asked.
"They're the two most powerful elements disregarding Genisis's." Bronixus replied. "Why do you ask?" Bronixus asked.
"Because I was told those two were my element, what are the odds." Malus replied.
"Uh oh." Strato said.
"The paragons won't be happy about this, we might have a problem." Bronixus stated.
